Asaba Group Holdings acquires Alabama based Quality Networks, Inc. and it becomes an AG Manufacturing add-on.

Asaba Group Holdings acquires the electronic throttle control unit of Borg Warner.

Asaba Group Holdings acquires Saturn Electronic interior lighting and adds it to AG Manufacturing.
