Victor Edozien

Victor Edozien is the founder and managing director of Asaba Group Holdings.He has been involved in all phases of the firm’s development since its establishment in 2004.
Born in the USA and raised in Lagos, Nigeria and London, England, Mr. Edozien is a veteran of the U.S. Army. Victor holds a BS in Electrical Engineering, a BA in Geology with Mathematics, an MS in Engineering, and a MBA in Finance and Operations Management. He is a Wharton Fellows at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
Early in his career, he worked at United Technologies and Ford Motor Company. After leaving Ford, he joined The Lucas Group, a corporate strategy consulting practice focused on the needs of private equity funds and their portfolio companies. Here, he executed numerous growth strategy initiatives for Fortune 500 clients and private equity investors that resulted in increased profits and substantial revenue growth.
He is a board member of Athletes Unlimited a non-profit that provides opportunities for young aspiring athletes with disabilities. He is an investor in IMPACT3 that deploys time, treasure, and talent in social enterprises to make an impact in Detroit, Michigan. He is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO), and CEO Connection.
